By using MemSticker, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account and order information. You remain responsible for the content you add to a Memo and for choosing appropriate access settings. Do not use MemSticker as a substitute for legally required, medical, safety-critical or certified records.
MemSticker may enforce published capacity, file and usage limits to protect the service. Availability can be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside reasonable control. Intellectual-property rights in user content remain with the user; the limited processing needed to provide the service is covered by the Privacy Policy. Current purchases and payments are governed by the Purchase and Payment Terms.
